Placing Orders Off-Line
Please e-mail, fax, mail or call in orders during our business hours. When calling, please have orders prepared, give your zip code, name, address, telephone number, and then your order using our new item numbers with all the sizes and specifications necessary to ship you exactly what you need. Please ask; we will happily answer your questions if you call (800)523-8025. In the event of a stock-out, all products will be put on backorder, unless directed otherwise. We strive to fill all backorders on a timely basis. We will give you an order number when we’re finished discussing your order.

Fax orders may be placed 24 hours a day. For easy ordering, simply print the order form, complete and fax to (717)336-0502.

Placing Orders On-Line
Select your size and color and then enter the quantity that you would like to purchase in the box next to the order button. Next, click on the order button. This will add your selected item to the shopping cart. You will then be able to continue shopping or finalize your order.

Privacy Policy
We do not sell or share any customer information, names, addresses, etc. All information is confidential, no credit card numbers are kept on file, they are shredded after use.

Security
The shopping cart is on a secure server for your credit card safety. If you do not feel comfortable using your credit card online, you may mail or fax your order.

Payments
All prices are United States funds. All orders are payable in United States funds.

We accept money orders, Cashiers Checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express. Please do not send cash. Our shopping cart offers a secure site for you to enter your credit card number. You may also print your order and mail it with your certified check or money order. If your order is in stock, we will process payment and ship your order immediately.

Shipping & Handling
We will process and ship your order within 24 hours in most cases; one exception is when a backordered item is expected within a day. If you receive a damaged package, keep all damaged boxes and packing materials, file a claim with the carrier and then with us.

Orders are shipped either FedEx or UPS Ground within the continental US. Be sure to give street addresses, not PO Boxes.

A shipping cost of $2.00 per item plus with an additional $5.50 charge for shipping and handling will be added to your order.
